These Terms govern your use of Gaze (the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service is a desktop application that provides screen capture, OCR text extraction, image processing, and related functionality.
3. License
3.1 Free
You may use the Service free of charge for up to 50 captures per month.
3.2 Pro (Buy Once)
A perpetual license is available for $29. Each license permits use on up to two devices and includes one year of updates from the date of purchase.
3.3 Pro (Subscription)
The latest version is available for $39/year or $4.99/month. You must stop using the Service immediately upon cancellation.
3.4 Team / Enterprise
Use is subject to the applicable separate agreement.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Service
- Redistributing or reselling the Service
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Using the Service to infringe on the privacy of others
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to us.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness of the Service. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Modification and Termination of the Service
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.
8. Changes to These Terms
If we change these Terms, we will notify you on this page. For material changes, we will also provide notice within the application.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
